Dance in Israel incorporates a wide variety of dance styles, from traditional Israeli folk dancing to ballet, modern dance, ballroom dancing and flamenco. In Hebrew Dabke is known as דבקה "Dabka" which comes from the Arabic term meaning "stomping of feet".
